The Contemporary Design Group (CDG) is now accepting submissions for the 2025 Edward Haimsohn Design Award, which honors excellence in original, forward-thinking furniture design. This annual award offers manufacturers a powerful platform to gain industry recognition and visibility — whether or not they are CDG Partners.

For a limited time, CDG Partners can enter at no cost, while non-partner vendors are also encouraged to participate with a modest entry fee of $150 per design.

Free Entry Tiers:

• CDG Bronze Partners: 1 complimentary entry ($150 value)
• CDG Silver, Gold, Platinum Partners: Up to 3 complimentary entries
• Non-Partners: $150 per entry
• Deadline for free entries: June 12, 2025
• Eligible designs must have launched in October 2024 or Spring 2025

The award will be presented on December 6, 2025, at the CDG Annual Conference in Austin, Texas. By that time, all entries will have already received broad promotional exposure through CDG’s national channels — and will be further spotlighted at the conference in front of leading contemporary furniture retailers from across the country.
